So in providing care of clients, MSCSLLC recognizes the rights of clients and their family members to self-determinations. They have the right to participate in the planning of their care, make decisions about their health care, and maintain their independence as long as possible.
  • Health education is an integral part of the agency’s program. Hence, we commit to hastening the healing, recovery, and rehabilitation of seniors and those dealing with illness or disabilities within their home environment, promoting maximized health, retention of self-respect, and independence. However, when rehabilitation or recovery is not realistic, we commit to providing the appropriate care and coordinated services to terminally-ill individuals, supporting their dignity and self-respect.
